This would mean that you’re sending too much broadcast or multicast packets.
Either you have a loop somewhere, or you have too many IPs at the vlan. Of there’s something awry that generates too much of it.
You may ask them to give you a sample of what you’re sending for to them.
This might be a good time to separate your network from a DC by a router or your own.
