Another? There are too many chinese people to use,it's not very good.and you know,China Internet is not well(GFW).
Many people use it to spam/ddos
So you want a host that doesn't have a lot of Chinese people?
Well -- Chinese people from China to be exact?
I believe that is something the host themselves are able to tell exactly.
But I guess you can try a host that do not have a large user base (new hosts).

Choose the one you like on http://www.lowendbox.com/ .
@DannyAlex A number of people from my extended family speaks Mandarin.. I speak zero Mandarin and only know of these words by being around people in my school that speaks Mandarin :P
A tip from me, when you open a ticket and your English is not very good, just write it in English, and underneath type what you mean in Chinese or your native language. Just to avoid miss understanding.
I think the support team will have the time to use Google Translate to really grasp what you mean.
@vRozenSch00n Sometimes it works, but most of time, providers will find it quite complex to figure out what the ticket is talking about.
If any provider has problem in reading Chinglish tickets, send me a PM and I am always happy to help.
@DannyAlex Yes, that's true, sometimes Mr. Google is too "smart" and don't understand idioms or colloquial Chinese.
Yup, or just use Google Translate. Google Translate isn't too horrible as long as you keep it simple. I realise I made a mistake above as well, Supposed to be ’需要帮忙‘ meaning requiring help :S
Not han-yin-pin-yin,true is :han-yu-pin-yin.
wo pu tze tao?=I don't know? true:wo bu zhi dao.
