This seems to be a good move as there weren't much decent Cloud providers in India (the existing ones are shitty).
Also, they are offering 30% off as introductory offer & $300 worth of credit.

Wtf is an ' ultra cloud ' disk?
Definitely not SSD. Because they have separate SSD packages.
Let me tell you. "Ultra cloud disk" is actually based on SSD but Aliyun will limit your IO to about 100m/s. SSD would be 150m/s.
That's why I think aliyun is not reliable.
