What's your favorite benchmarking tool?
Hey guys (and gals ofc if any),
I was wondering how you people check the performance of new servers. Be it dedicated or VPS, I'm sure most of us are interested in using some tool to check its performance.
So, what tool or tools are you using? What do you like about this/these tool(s)? What would you like more?

Coincidentally, I just wrote up 2 guides for my Centmin Mod users outlining what I use wrk, siege, locust.io for HTTP/1.1 testing and for HTTP/2 HTTPS testing h2load https://community.centminmod.com/threads/wrk-a-http-benchmarking-tool-forked-version.13841/
And then for page load speed tests webpagetest.org https://community.centminmod.com/threads/how-to-use-webpagetest-org-for-page-load-speed-testing.13859/
Finally, for indepth server benchmarks, for Centmin Mod LEMP stack installs, I use centminmodbench.sh http://bench.centminmod.com/. Some of example benchmark results listed at https://centminmod.com/benchmarks.html
If you haven't guessed, yes I am a bit of a speed and performance addict ^_^
I always use this script

UNIXXXXBEEEEENCHHHH
I usually check cpu speed with openssl speed rsa2048. Other stuff, just subjective, no special tools. Maybe copy a big file to /dev/null. VPS won't be consistent anyway. Care more about network, which is easy to observe during transfers.
I use sysbench and fio
bench.sh << old is gold...
My dong.
For cpu performance: Geekbench
For disk performance: fio, ioping and hdparm
And there is the classic little bench in my signature. That's about it :P
