    According to the post, you can request four additional IPs for free (should you need them).

    Doh, it's the first line in the post and I didn't see it. I'm blind.

    When I used them a couple of years ago, they were pretty good. Support was friendly too, but can be a bit slow during busy times. I cancelled my box because I had too many idle boxes and I'm debating now to get another to idle.

    wget -N --no-check-certificate https://raw.githubusercontent.com/91yun/91yuntest/master/test.sh && bash test.sh -i "io,bandwidth,benchtest"

    I opened a ticket for ips several hours ago but they seems do not work on weekends.

  • Lol. Just when I wanted to give 20usd plan a try. Was very tempting.

    Sorry, my box has been idle since I got it (probably powered down too). I still haven't decided what to do with it (probably run a server/site monitoring tool)

    I make payment on 7th January but the server is not ready until today after almost 3days. That is the longest time for me to wait for a VPS server. Raised ticket and follow-up twice but without any response.

    Ordered 3 days ago and service still showing Pending. Posted ticket to Support yesterday, and no reply so closed it and opened another one to Billing today asking for cancellation and refund, so far been 4hrs and its just crickets.

  • @romanz did vmbox ever reply to your ticket?

    vmbox seems to just ignore customers after they make the payment and never create the VPS

  • @mylinuxbsd said:

    No, there wasnt ever any service delivered, nor communication attempt, but there must be a person because when I opened PayPal dispute, they refunded within few hours. Dont quite understand the attitude of not delivering the service and playing dead, their chargeback costs must be staggering.

  • You are right. They also refunded mine. I don't understand why they making an offer that they cannot make the commitment. It is very unprofessional.

    We had some problems with support tickets. After submitting a chargeback, you no longer want to be a customer and we no longer want you as a customer so you was promptly refunded.

    I have one of the cheap OpenVZ mentioned in this offer and can only recommend VMbox: they ARE committed and professional. Be warned that support is not fast, and you might need to wait days for a ticket to be solved.

    That said, PayPal disputes are EVIL, and should be postponed until you've tried every way and waited for a reasonable amount of time, thrice.
