I need to create 200vps monthly with 512 ram. What is the dedicate sever i can uae for this. I need following deatails.
- What ia the processor
- Ram capacity
- Hard disk.
Tell which is best company to get server?

I really don't see what I could do. You all might either ignore his questions or give him advise. His topic is not illegal and in line with the rules so far. He is not even particularly aggressive after all the opposing wind. I see nothing that I could do here. Just ignore him if you do not want to help (which I understand, given that he probably just wants to start a Winter Host).
512mb x 200 = 102400mb ~ 103GB RAM just for the VPS.
You'll hit I/O or CPU limitations first though.
Why not go for something like a VPS reseller account to create the services on another hosts infrastructure?

My quick Thoughts
200x 512MB = 100GB Ram
200x lets say 20GB = 4TB
200x lets say 1/3-1/2 a Core = 60/100cores
So you just about need Two of these:
