now I'm up again
Public Cloud on BHS3 is running smoothly!
Mine went down... back up now after a reboot that seemed to take forever.
How often it happens?
First time it happened for me in over a year. FYI, you should be eligible for a 32% credit as the downtime was 64 minutes.
"OVH Public Cloud guarantees 99.999% SLA for all available resources. If the support team detects a lost connection that isn't caused by scheduled maintenance, you will receive damages equivalent to 0.5% of the monthly rate per minute of unavailability (up to a maximum of 100% of your consumption for the current month)."
Almost all OVH DCs were offline: https://www.theregister.co.uk/2017/11/09/ovh_datacenters_go_titsup/
They were today, not on Oct 22/23 when these posts were made.
Let's count:
DC's down:
RBX: 7
SBG: 3
Total down: 10
DC's up:
GRA: 2
PAR: 2
FRA: 1
WAW: 1
LON: 1
SYD: 1
SGP: 1
BHS: 6
VIN: 1
Total up: 16
Percentage down: 38.4615%
Can't remember when less than 50% was almost all.
This is why you don't have more facebook friends.
@WSS - I don't even have real-life friends, actually I'm forever alone, the only one who truly loves me is @Rhys
Do I know you?
Yes son.
RBX 3 less affected than RBX 4, but both been affected.
Well, Mister Math, if you add RBX 3 and 4, you get RBX 7.
RBX1, RBX2, RBX3, RBX4, RBX5, RBX6, and RBX7 was all affected - that's seven data centers
Also, it was the links for NC5 which affects the whole RBX backbone - RBX DC's equally affected.
I have a Kimsufi KS-2E in RBX and it reports 242 days uptime.
