Don't forget to cancel it LOL
@jhadley
Could imagine the pain at the end of the month if I forgot to cancel that :O
Location of the server?
@BenND omg,I can imagine your pain.
It's nowhere and everywhere. It's "in the cloud".
Not going to lie, never run a Unix bench before, how long does it take to run, been sitting on
Running UnixBench benchmark...
For nearly an hour
The network on EC2's Sao Paulo location is in the crapper not the cloud. :P
For nearly an hour
Not a good sign
@BenND login from another shell and see the logfile that the benchmark writes, you can see the progress of the unixbench there.

Unix bench seems to have failed for some reason.
@BenND no it hasn't failed, it does this every time.
edit: or maybe it has failed.
Can you at least run ioping tests against the storage?
Like:
ioping -c 10 .
ioping -RL . (this is for linear)
ioping -RD . (this is for random, no cache)
ioping -RC . (this is for cached)
@rds100
The IO benchmark worked, look under the IO tab
