did you add an SNAT rule?
Francisco
Yes I have added like following rule
iptables -t nat -A PREROUTING -i eth0 --src 192.168.198.5 -j SNAT --to-source 10.71.30.4
Is this OpenVZ or XEN?
It is OpenVZ Platform
Then you aren't using eth0 but venet0 :P

Read the configuration files, redirect-gatway and other stuff.
I have already used venet0 :P but still not get any luck, Can you put here whole rule ?
You have to use venet0 unless you setup a bridged interface for the OVZ (trust me, you'd know if you did).

Did you use a script to do it?
Does "net.ipv4.ip_forward=1" apply?
herbyscrub, already apply into syctl.conf file but still not luck
Is TUN/TAP turned on for you VPS?
Did you do this after adding it to sysctl.conf?
eynalsx@ns8:~# sysctl -p
net.ipv4.ip_forward = 1
echo 1 > /proc/sys/net/ipv4/ip_forward iptables -F iptables -X iptables -t nat -F iptables -t nat -A POSTROUTING -s 10.53.0.0/24 -j SNAT --to 209.41.5.10
put that on /etc/rc.local
10.53.0.0/24 is your VPN LAN, and
209.41.5.10 is your VPS public IP
