Request: Small spec VPSes
Looking for two or three VPSes for DNS. I want to run named (BIND).
Requirements:
- Located in US West Coast. IMPORTANT!
- One dedicated IPv4 address.
- Has CentOS 6 32-bit image.
Other specs doesn't matter. RAM can be only 128MB, single shared CPU core is ok, 10GB bandwidth is acceptable, 2GB disk space minimum, port speed 10Mbps also ok. Blocked SMTP port is ok, but I need DNS port opened.
No set budget, cheaper one of course will have my attention. Any suggestions should include a test IP or a looking glass address.
Thanks.

I'd suggest @VirMach's "Value+" package. It's $2.50/mo, for 512MB, 2 vcores, 20GB, 500GB, and you aren't going to get those specs much cheaper than that. They have several packages and plans- Value+ is available in LA and San Jose, among others.
Here's their LA looking glass: http://la.lg.virmach.com/
I also suggest migrating to nsd. NSD uses your familiar BIND format for zones, but it's trivial to setup and maintain without a horrific security nightmare background.
I've also had NS running on TragicServers OVZ. Similar specs (but 5GB SSD) for $3.33/mo, and IPv6 native.
TinyKVM is also quite nice, and $15/yr for a basic KVM. I don't know if they have an LG. I've had no issues with them in the past.
I already has a VPS at Virmach LA, thanks for the suggestion. I am not migrating to nsd or any other DNS server, I know my way with it and I should be OK as long as CentOS maintainers does their job.
See our posting on Lowendbox from June ([here])(https://lowendbox.com/blog/ionswitch-ssd-kvm-from-15year-seattle-wa/). $15/year if you prepay ($1.25/m effectively) for 512mb, 1 core (if you consume more than 20% on average, we dont limit it, so you get an E5-2650+ core), 5gb SSD, KVM, dedicated IP, centos 6 image (though its likely 64bit).
We've got some tiny boxes around the west coast. Check our network here: http://drgn.biz
oh with the configuration you require, vps vultr will work well
fdcservers has $1/mo servers, capped to 4mbit but very premium network.
2 CPU Cores
40GB Disk Space
1024MB RAM
2000GB Monthly Bandwidth
100Mbps Network Port

This is insane for $12/yr. You can double your bandwidth for $3/yr.
