Do you have any other hardware requirements or a budget in mind?
Starting with budget preferably. We're not in the US but I believe you'll get more sensible offers if you state it, assuming the budget is reasonable.
$200usd ~ 32gb or more ram, quad or higher cpu, 8 ip private, 2x500gb ssd.
Hello,
We have servers in Miami that we can provide. I could have it online in an hour or less for you as well. The prices are within your budget.Edit: Wait, 50/100TB of transfer? Doesn't have that-- that's like $500/mn of bandwidth.. sorry about that.
Oneprovider have Miami servers with 50TB, but with only 8GB of RAM and 2TB HDD, it's is 169usd, iirc.

Hivelocity - https://www.hivelocity.net/dedicated-servers/
Have affordable 50/100TB network options. Dual 500GB SSD will push you over budget though.
Good alternative, I will consult with them.
Hivelocity outlet servers.
Edit: ops, forgot to read the reply above
It really depends on how the traffic pattern is - and if you're just a decent sized provider then it would cost nowhere like $500 for a gigabit on 95th percentile.
Anyone anyone known which provider has VULTR in miami location? (the connection it's very stable)
The miami it's the better location for South America?
By the way thanks for the comments, hivelocity so far is the first on my list.
Rgds
I recommend Hivelocity as well. They have a presence in NOTA and should be very good for you in LATAM.
You could also check with @Hassan he has servers in Miami.
out off topic, but what is NOTA?
Best guess: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/NAP_of_the_Americas
Right. Most traffic through southeast US to LATAM goes through there.
Peering not. Direct Telmex or direct access GLBX/TI... WAY different.
And peering/HE/Cogent do not get you much far in South/Central America.
Now I didn't refer to Peering, HE or Cogent :-)
But I can tell we don't pay $500 usd per gigabit 95th percentile in Miami with quite a decent mix of providers including telefonica.
For me, decent sized is 50+ gigabit traffic
