Need a stable, reliable, and sub-$10/mo VPS (but preferably LEB price) in the UK
Going to use it for a DNS server. $10 is a max limit, would prefer under $7.
512MB RAM, 32MB or more vSwap or Burst, 20GB or more of disk, 1 or 2 cores, 750GB or more of bandwidth just so I have some room to grow and don't have to worry about it.
Reputable companies only please.

They are very big requirements for a DNS server.
I thought CVPS aren't in the UK
You really need 512MB for DNS?
Edis would be my first bet although it Vserver or KVM with them
the are not, the person above can't be bothered to read the OP message:
StormVZ have a $7 plans that would fit the bill I think.
NodeDeploy's UK location is decidedly quite good.
@BradND done.
@shovenose I've pmd you.
Thank you everyone for their input, I purchased from NodeDeploy.
I had that server for few months, never had any problem with it
He said UK?
Just got in, I'm too late!
I am sure you will enjoy your ND VPS anyway.

Sad. If their support can't fix, I'll look elsewhere.
Castlegem ... regarding DNS - for 15EUR/month you can join Rage4 DNS Partner (flat fee for 75 domains) and get full anycast DNS with GeoDNS, failover and API access
@gbshouse sorry, that won't work given that I'm going to be competing with you. lol.
Bleh, someone was getting syn flooded. Should be all dandy.

Oh dear this should be good.
Also, filed a ticket with ND? They should be able to patch things up fairly quickly.
@BradND yup it's resolved now. Very happy with this VPS.
@shovenose are you a DNS provider aswell?
I know @gbshouse was interested in our Coventry Location, but needed a BGP Sesh.
We've got Goscomb, NTT, Telia.
Rapidswitch have better routes US wise, but asia, and within the majority of europe our routes appear better.
@Jacob - we have good PoPs in London, Manchester and Dublin, beside that 6 other PoPs in EU
@shovenose - anycast DNS? if no then no competition
@gbshouse you're right my idea was stupid. Already submitted cancellation requests for all the VPS I was gonna use.
Rage4 is a pretty good solution, just use it and keep one backup DNS server around in case the worst happens.
late to the party. Edited.
buy from budgetvm.com
+1; this thread, plus the very swift move from OVH does make it seem like @shovenose hasn't done a whole lot of planning, or has a very short attention span.
I have 2 MiniVPS LEBs, one 128M, the other 1GB, both under $7. Both are silly fast.
Actually ShoveHost VPS has been in planning since 2011 when ShoveHost launched and just did web hosting. I've had servers with them since their North America datacenter was in beta. At the time at which I decided to go ahead with opening my VPS infrastructure there, their support was friendly, polite, and helpful. Not so anymore.
