Looking for an yearly VPS.

I'm paying $25/year for an OVZ VPS with 2 GB RAM, 30 GB SSD, 2 TB bandwidth running a Ghost blog. It's overkill so I'm looking for something less expensive, with less resources.
Looking for KVM 256 MB/10 GB SSD/100 GB bandwidth minimum. Paid yearly. Does anyone know any good (and cheap) providers? I'm a huge fan of them NVMe SSDs so bonus points for those.

@tragic probably? Moving out from Hostus?
Nah, I'm happy with what I have. I'll be using my old box for something else, plus, this is me experimenting with containers.
I loved this offer by @tragic but it's OVZ. ;(
Is pure SSD, KVM and IPv4 a must? If not, check ArubaCloud (VMware) and InceptionHosting (NAT KVM SSD-C)
KVM+NVMe and less than $25/year budget are completely incompatible things I suppose.
IPv4 isn't a must. SSDs and KVM are.
NVMe is just icing on the cake. Not necessary but awesome if it's there.
Thanks for linking Aruba. How is it performance and uptime wise?
OK, SpeedyKVM offers 1GB RAM, 14GB-SSD, 1TB BW for $24/yr
@vapornode used to offer cheap SSD KVMs in Tampa on a case-by-case basis.
https://www.vpeasy.com/ with FirstYear coupon or wait they renew their recurring OFF. Ditto Hostigation $12/yr SSD KVM and VirMach ones.
Wow, brilliant. Thanks!
@varunchopra We could do this for you for $15/year. IPv4, KVM, and SSD storage in Tampa, FL. Let me know if you're interested!
