From where? Which region? Which part of the planet?
Posting IPv4 at LET is not a good move for providers, I would suggest reaching out to hosts within a close proximity of the address.
A provider with Fremont or San Jose locations will give you about 5ms.
I assumed vendors would provide a ping IP for their datacenter for pre-sale latency tests. Is this really not a common request?
