Adobe is a huge company. That's the problem people have with your name. You're just asking for legal issues.
They are making fun of your name. Its like making "MicrosoftHost". Adobe is about as big as microsoft.
Well, if you are serious about buying a server for cPanel hosting, try this:
E3-1230
32GB RAM
2x240GB SSD
Hardware RAID
3 IP Addresses
cPanel/WHM Included
Location: UK
Can pay in £ or $ - £59 or $75 per month

Sony and Microsoft are names created by those companies, while Adobe is a building material made from earth and often organic material. Adobe means mudbrick in Spanish... Any trademark infringements are handled by the legal firm Wattle and Daub.
As @Sleddog said. These are registered trademarks.
For example, this is Adobe's UK trademark registration. Standard IANAL, but it'll be the same in the US and elsewhere.
The gist of it is, anything to do with technology and computers will infringe their trademark. A hosting company may infringe under Class 42 'providing access to global computer networks and other computer networks.' among others.
Companies register trademarks so other people don't use them. It makes sense though - They could argue that you're creating confusion, leading potential customers to believe that Adobe Inc. is involved with AdobeHost, damaging their reputation and they could argue that you're financially benefitting from their brand.
You can get around it, for example if you use the word 'Adobe' in a completely unrelated industry
, but as you are in a similar industry to Adobe Inc. It's not a great idea.
We're letting you know because you're going to have legal issues regarding the name of your company. They should be nice and just send you a cease and desist one they find out, but they could take things further.
tl;dr: change your company name or you'll face legal issues.
Add another to the plate.
NintendoHost :P
Edit: this is a joke. Read the post above for some real info on why 'AdobeHost' is a bad name.
What about YourMomsHost (YMH, pronounced "Yum!") or YourSistersHost (YSH, pronounced "Yeesh!")?

I'm genuinely interested as to how you would respond to criticism from one of your clients @AdobeHost .
I guess we'll see soon enough, now that you've got your provider tag.
Providing comedic relief is well worth a badge.
How can this guy have a provider tag?
@ishaq upgrade him to medium or premium member
