Egypt: 1GBPS connection as home connection

Do you guys have any idea, how i can get a 1gbps conneciton in egypt as my home internet connection? I can move to any state, as long as there is a solution :D

Maybe this is a stupid question but i haven't found anything helpfull using google

    By paying 15EUR/Mbit to Noor, thus 15kEUR/mo.

    Mostly only in 10th of Ramadan and Cairo/Luxor.

    No other choices, plus your gov can at any time immediately cut all internet access for any ISP in the country with no legal recourse or oversight.

    Based on heat, power pricing (no oil) and connectivity (= all horrible) Egypt is not a place anyone should/wants to host in. Not even the Egyptians do.
