is anyone have experience with ssdnodes? 8GB RAM for $5.58/month

It's very great their vps and reliable too.

This pricing is for annual term.

Their offer seems nice. Is it possible to use some CPU? Anyone knows what can be expected as far as IO/IOPS is concerned?

    @user123 said:
How is it $17/yr? Their offer post lists the price as €4,50/quarter after 40% off for BF/CM.

ETA: Oops. I forgot how bad the USD-CAD exchange rate is (we pay 35% more plus currency exchange fees) :/.

    Ouch you're looking for something < 15 CAD / y?

Even with the terrible exchange rate, $12-15USD/year (= a bit over $20CAD) would still be a good deal for a VPS with 200-250GB of RAID-10 HDD storage, 1GB RAM, and 1TB BW. I would most likely have it idling most or all of the year, but dammit, this is LET and that' s what we do! I'm still sad that Time4VPS discontinued their 512GB plans just before I was going to pick one up.

Yeah that was a great good deal for storage and nothing comes close currently....

Current offers are more expensive but probably come with better IO and network speed.

True, but speed and IO don't matter that much if I'm just using it to store overflow media that doesn't fit on my HDD.

It would be sick if it was recurring. :) Still great deal though.

  • Only recurring deals please.

The market will have shifted in one year and your original 'standard price' will be way out of line by then.

Just Select a FR or CA location and enter zhujiceping code in the 'USE PROMOTIONAL CODE' field below.

I wonder is discount remain valid on future upgrades/downgrades? @matteob

Where? Do you have a ticket #ID?

Acacy said: @i83 please add more stock on SG NAT VPS

We have a few 512mb instances left, the smaller packages have already sold out.

Additional servers will be online in the coming week when stock will be re-added.

Can you expand a little? QuadHost is our parent company and handles the billing side of things. Both sites have been up all day with no downtime.
