Cheap VPS/VDS for game server
I am looking for a cheap solution to host a game server.
I need **atleast **the following config:
CPU: 2.7ghz x2 (dedicated, not shared)
2GB Ram
1TB Traffic @ 100mbit
60GB disk
Location: Europe
Budget: 20-25$ / 15-20 euros
The game server I wish to host is called ArmA 2 CO (combined operations) and it's very CPU intensive, so the need for dedicated/not shared CPU. I will only host it 3-4h / day, in the rest of the time the server will be pretty much idle.

You probably won't be able to get 2 or even 1 dedicated core at that price.
@matrixismyname for what game is this?
Regards,
R. Alkhaili
Unless he ups his budget a little more and gets a dedicated atom server. (but it won't be 2.7GHZ)
@rsk ArmA 2 CO , I said that in the first post
@Corey if it's 2.7ghz it will lag as hell, so Atom is out of discussion.
UNDER 2.7ghz
You know you can edit your comments?

UNDER 2.7ghz
Well good luck, but I believe your budget is too low.
@japon Now I know, sorry, first time posting on LET.
Sure, I can do that for you(at $25/mo) pm me.
Would you be fine with an Eastern Canada location? We have very good latency to Europe on our network.
We have San Jose, soon to be Nevada.
What's your company site?
We can lock you to a core or two, if Buffalo NY is close enough to Europe for you.
Would 2.5Ghz suffice?
Why don't you see this https://robot.your-server.de/order/market you can find dual core AMD and 2-8 GB Ram for 25-30 euros, and that is dedi server, if you are not from EU then you get -19% VAT also.
@curtisg @Brandon @Damian can you post a ping with 79.117.162.122 from your servers location ?
@Jacob Nope, atleast 2.7
@5n1p I'll have a look, thanks !

I'm just pointing out that 100Mb/s is what he's looking for within a price rage of 20-25
Looking at your website, an upgrade to 50Mb/s = $15 per month, and 500Mb/s (?) at $150. Way out of the OP's price range.
well 1TB @ 100mbits its almost nothing
30mb/s = 9,72 TB month
??
How are you.. what?
Hello,
We'll do
4GB OpenVZ
100GB DISK
4 Cores (E3 1230 V2)
2x1GBIT port
1TB BW
$25
In germany, globalswitch some test IP's ->
Helios.nodedeploy.com / athena.nodedeploy.com / dione.nodedeploy.com / nesoi.nodedeploy.com
Test file: helios.nodedeploy.com/100mb.test this on a 2GBit Port
I honestly wouldn't go for a lowend dedicated if it's a CPU intensive game, the E3 1230 is a very good proc and will do you well.
@BradND that's a darn good deal IMO, tempted to grab one of those if I can (:
So I'm not crazy @Andre? ;P thanks.
