VaporNode - Excellent
Gotta be honest. I never heard about them until they joined LET.
I ordered one of their specials, an annually KVM and am pretty impressed. They developed a custom panel that looks nice and the VPS is snappy as hell.
Anyone else bought their VPS? Looking for opinions / reviews.

screenshots? i want to see this custom panel
I'm on cellphone. Maybe they can share a few, or someone else. It looks good and it's really fast. It's all KVM they do not have templates yet, they're working on it. You choose the OS then go to vnc, it'll pick up the IP using DHCP and then you finish installing it. I am very impressed tbh.
Sounds even better then a selection of outdated templates.
We have screenshots here from our latest big update:

We try to issue a feature update once per month and fix bugs almost on demand.
Agreed. It supports full backups though I haven't tested it.
I was like "oh damn I now need to setup this thing", it was super fast. I can't lose much time I have a lot of work to do but they are somehow special. I have a good feeling about them.
Yeah I've had several dedicated servers with them and they've all been great. Their customer service is top notch as well. Ill have to check out their vpses now!
Hmm, I'm not sure I've seen LXC being sold as a public facing VPS before. Are you you using LXC/LXD 2.0 (as opposed to LXC 1.0)? Have there been any challenges to providing VPSes via LXC?
@rpcope We are using LXC 2.0 with unprivileged containers. We have not run into any serious issues with it yet that couldn't be resolved quickly.
Some people have issues with the containers being able to see the host node's CPU usage but that isn't too big of a concern here. We can still limit the actual CPU usage of each container.
Vapornode .hi. 30day money comeback v
@Kindvn No
Just want them to get an EU location.. :P
You can chose specific cores to the container, so the client in LXC can see just the cores assigned to him, but this will break load balance especially in overselling. If some clients in the specific cores push the limits, the rest using those cores won't be able to grab some cpu power from the rest...
