ram going crazy?

using centos 7 minimal, only DA installed.
its seems like by the monitor from /proc/meminfo its using alot of ram, and it keep increasing, everyday without getting down. - two weeks uptime 13gb using memory.
as for free -m and top command getting that only 1.5gb ram is used, my system going crazy?!
in DA monitor that using meminfo i getting 13gb of ram using, and top command and free -m 1.5gb? system broken? bug ? zombie proccess maybe taking all the ram ?
ram usage increase everyday by almost 1gb with no info about it anywhere

i know it, im saying DA using to display data from /proc/meminfo - saying 3gb ram active and alot of stuff that gets to 13gb,
on top command / free -m getting 1.5gb active ram, system going crazy? bug? or maybe the zombie process that not dying starting to eat alot of ram ?
