Debian no thx
Read the page @amitz pointed to you.
In order to install Ubunto on your ram node,
Debian.
Thx.
Click the link, it answers your question.
sorry
Peoplz like OP are not willing to click links and even read a paragraph of 100+ words. They want few lines of commands to copy & past and be done.
That is why Debian works.
Doesn't RamNode have images for most of the popular distros incl. ubuntu and debian. I would recommend Debian 8 though over Ubuntu 14/16. Rock solid distro for servers.
people only see what they want to see.
I debian think he saw this.
Is OP trolling?
Most likely.
apt-get install ubuntu
In case of permission error: SUDO apt-get install ubuntu
-bash: sudo: command not found
I would start to believe this person likely is another bot again I could be wrong but I am pretty sure it is after seeing all of the "automated" replies that don't make any sense from the op.
rm /* -RF
would do the job.Thanks Debian.
Who need Ubuntu? if the Debian is better and Ubuntu is based on it, it's exactly the same as Microsoft will copy Windows 10 code, create a new logo for it and a few GUI updates and names differently. At the end of the day no difference...
Debian thx
Ubuntu is great for noobs to get started... and also, easy setup, within 5 minutes i have what i want.
I don't argue about it, the Debian is very easy too and in Febian and "Ubuntu" copy all the same commands, example:
sudo apt-get install
and
sudo apt-get remove
can anyone help?
Not really. You can get support from Canonical, live patching, ZFS (ootb), LXD, Juju, MaaS, Landscape, OpenStack...
Canonical has built a pretty interesting cloud offering around Ubuntu that doesn't exist for Debian. Yes, for the little guys and their Wordpress sites Ubuntu doesn't offer much over Debian, but that's also not where the big bucks are made.
