Needed: UK VPS (ideally London) with 4GB RAM, ~20GB SSD, 2 vCPU

Hi guys,
I'm now ditching my Bitcoin Full Nodes, so my VPS boxes can run light on storage.
Looking for the following spec:
- 4GB RAM (2GB guaranteed, will accept 3GB+vSwap)
- 20GB (minimum) SSD storage (not SSD-cached)
- 2 vCPU
- Location: UK-only (not mainland EU)
- IPv6
- 100% guaranteed clean IPv4
- 1Gbps network connectivity (ideally)
- Extra credit: Ubuntu 16.04 LTS minimal image available
Price: as cheap as possible (ideally under $7 per month).
I have two boxes to migrate and I'd prefer to be on divergent IP spaces and datacentres.
So ... watcha got?

Just added a rough budget, good catch
I never seen any decent provider for $7 or £4 with UK server based, as normally it cost more than cup of coffee.
@jack @linuxthefish
I've been host-hopping for the last few years on that budget, so the providers are there.
Looking to settle down now that I don't have the insane storage requirements that go with running a Bitcoin node!
hostus @AlexanderM and deepnetsolutions @davidgestiondbi may also have something 'roughly' your budget ;-)
Thanks - I've been aware of LS for a while, would be cool to try you guys out
Cheers for the recommendations - I'll take a look
I actually have shared hosting with Clouvider and (AFAIK) HostUS are now using Clouvider. I'm currently with QuadHost who also use Clouvider as their underlying ISP, which sucks (for me) because I'd love to use both companies, but my OCD on divergent routing takes over!
Sadly not, BT Infinity here - though the company I joined in April (Bashton) are based in Birchwood (I'm in Bristol, it's complicated!), so would get nice peering to their office I'd think
Try
Dediserve: https://dediserve.com/locations
INIZ: https://my.iniz.com/cart.php?a=add&pid=150
Thanks for the mention, you can read more about the SSD KVM plans here: https://iniz.com/ssd-vps
You can use code LDN41G2P1X to get 20% off but still might be over your budget.
I'm looking for something similar to replace dediserve (tired of random downtime and no explanation, I can accept downtime but no communication about it sucks).
Sorry for hijacking your thread
Costs me 6.66 a month, according to their cpu graphs I rarely go over 15% usage, although it can use more when my team is playing
Sorry, missed the £ It's £6.66. I don't use the snapshot part of the plan.
Manchester would actually be closer to my target audience
Only 1 x vCPU
What is your stance on CPU usage?
HostUs 6GB plan at $18/quarter(which is $6/month). But no SSD.

Please do your homework. I'm neither a client of HostUS nor an affiliate of them, so i'm not in a position to recommend them. I just wanted to help you out.
Make sure you do proper research before signing up with any provider. Thank you.
I believe he is aware of that offer. If I recall right, he utilized their services, but owing to certain circumstances that occurred in March he is not their client anymore.
Hi Craig,
We can provide the below along with all the bells and whistles, free snapshots, auto scaling and backups, detailed performance history.
You can also add additional IPV4 & IPV6 at your own leisure through the Control Panel.
Any questions please feel free to ask.
Thanks Jacob - do you have any network details (datacentre location, Looking Glass, peering info, etc)?
Craig,
Here's the looking Glass, http://as42831.net/
The majority of the transit is Level 3 and NTT, the capacity to the Coventry facility is in the region of 30Gbps now and we have 2 x 1 Gbps bonded to Hypervisors on our Public Cloud.
I also have a dediserve VM in London for the last 4 months..not a minute of downtime till now. What issues are you having with them ?
We can provide this 90 miles north of London but won't be able to meet your budget. Contact us at http://hostingspecialists.co.uk if you can increase your budget.
I assume this is for me? I don't know what the issues are because they don't communicate what happened. I've found my VPS to be offline 4 times in the last 2 weeks, prior to that it had the odd reboot every month or so.
Like I've said I can understand downtime happens, but they don't communicate what caused the problems.. They do manage to send sales emails though.
Thanks, but my budget is fixed. Saving for driving lessons, a car, house, wedding and baby at the same time!
Right now, LoveServers is the winner but I'm still looking for a second host so AboveClouds and Dediserve are contenders, as much as I'd love to grab the HostUS deal.
Are you with dediserve.com or with dediserv.eu? They're different companies...
Also: @dediserve
Dediserve.com
Nothing wrong in the traditional sense - I'm a professional sysadmin and just like my VPS boxes to be on divergent platforms, after a slight issue a while ago HostUS moved from their old ISP to Clouvider, which is where another of my boxes is hosted, so to keep the two servers on separate ISPs I ended up moving from HostUS to another provider.
Nothing whatsoever to do with HostUS personally, was just the way it happened.
That being said, I've realised I'm being dim - one of the boxes being moved is with the Clouvider reseller, so if LoveServers is up in Manchester there's no reason why HostUS can't be the second host
And what's wrong with Enfield ?
Have you an open ticket (pm me more) and I'd be happy to look into it! I assume you've ruled out a VM issue?
No Open tickets The problems aren't with my VM, I spoke to live chat about it on one of the occasions and they said there was a problem and engineers were working on it.

I can whole-heartedly recommend @Infinity's offerings.
Mind me asking what plan you have with him? I'm very tempted to order with him
