What webserver are you using?
In virtual host setting you can set which ip it will listening to. By default it it will listen to all interface.
NGINX example
listen xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx:80;
xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx = specific ip

Since you want to use this with SSL don't forget to change the :80 to :443
