I've given up on my site, clearly it has no hope due to attacks, anyways back on topic does any one know any good providers? I got close to $100 to spend this month.

Stamius.
No, not staminus.
@Jack ok.
@Voss I just needed ideas, IDK what specs/location I need. I just want some good ideas.
There aren't many options since you need heavy DDoS filtering.
I don't need filtering. It's 100% unrelated to that.
BurstNET
I hear their network is slow (some posts around the internet).
As Voss said, please list requirements and a bit more about what you're using it for. We can't help otherwise and can only assume.
@concerto49 updated OP.
@Jack We don't offer dedicated servers.
HostDime, SingleHop, FDCServers, Datashack, SagoNET, LimeStoneNetworks, PhoenixNAP, OVH, ColoCrossing, Hetzner, BurstNET
@Zen congrats for hating on me.
SecuredServers
Inb4 DATAFROGS.com Premium VPS Hosting at a low cost!
God, no it'd be like 12345678910buynow.com lol jk.
@Zen okay?...
@jack http://sagonet.com I have a very small dedi with them locked in at $15/Month.
What specs?
Not enough for a VPS service
OFC, but even still worth asking.
At least 4GB DDR3 Ram (+/- EEC)
/29 IP Address Allocation
Dacentec?
Is Datashack reliable?
No. 39 customers that we have on Datashack were down over the weekend because they gave away our IPs, then gave us new IPs and pushed the problem onto us. The new IPs didn't work either, so instead of fixing the problem, they gave us yet another block of IPs. This new block didn't work because they variously had "old null routes" in place. Took until Monday afternoon (after reporting the issue on Saturday morning) to get resolved, then was offered $4.50 in compensation.

We have servers available in Atlanta and Las Vegas. A few VPS hosts use our servers.
@DataFrogs
DataShack has had problems. No question about it. Some people like @Damian unfortunately got caught in some problems with DataShack, but as a customer of DataShack I think their pretty damn good.
I currently run multiple websites & game servers off a Opteron 2216 I got from them a couple weeks back, 100% uptime, Lovin the network backed by he.net and KCIX.
110ping to Netherlands.
210ping to Australia.
Support is kind and helpful, 5-20 minute replies 24/7. They have a slow email rate unfortunately. If you are not a customer and you email support you will find that slow. Just getting that out now. If you are a customer, support times increase significantly.
If you purchase one your likely looking at a 24-48hrs buildout of the server until its setup.
EDIT: I have a LookingGlass script setup if you are interested: http://lg.iamcirium.com/

the only thing more stupid than "offshore" is "onshore". just state what location you want your frickin server to be located. cmon!
Why not start with a VPS Reseller plan at first and as you grow you can move over to a dedicated server. $92 aren't going to get you a decent server to host VPS.
You way better off with a VPS Reseller plan: no upfront costs, no need to worry about setup/management/configuration etc, just go out and start selling.
When you've got a good client base and a steady monthly income, you can then go ahead an look into setting up you own infrastructure.
PAH @ajones starting a VPS company.
