It is not, though I've heard from other clients that a CNAME to the server's hostname at CloudFlare + enabling CloudFlare with SSL can result in completely masking webmail behind your own domain.

Is there a way for google-apps users to migrate all their emails to this.
By emails I mean the email messages.

The propagation of a bitcoin transaction takes some time. BitPay waits for 4-5 such confirmations of the propagation of bitcoin transaction before 'confirming the payment'. (Usually takes 10-30 minutes)
I'm a happy MXroute user. I've been using it for my personal sites and my client sites - perfectly happy with it.

@jarland Another happy MXRoute customer here. I have a couple plans with them and everything runs great! Takes a couple uses to get the hang of the interface and how to do what you want to do (i.e. aliases), but it's very straightforward.
