Is there any LowEnd alternative to Heroku
Heroku is great! The performance of the free node is far more than enough for my personal blog. The deployment is most painless, also.
However, free nodes can only be up 18 hours per 24 hours.
The paid plan is $7/month, which is a little bit expensive.
I hope to find an alternative for the same kind of service (probably lower performance), but is free or around $1-$2/month.
I have many low end VPS and dedis, but I really like the way to deploy apps in Heroku.

https://github.com/dokku/dokku Since you host it yourself, no HA/etc
That being said, a bit hard to find a $2 KVM per month. If possible, refactor the app and deploy to openshift. I added my CC, and they seem to have stopped idling my apps there.
There is openshift for free https://www.openshift.com/
Install Sandstorm on your VPS, and then use the App Market to deploy apps - whole bunch of options.
