How to setup IP Failover with two Soyoustart VPS

Hello,
I want one of my Fail-over IP on the Soyoustart server should route to another Soyousstart vps once the main server go down. Please share the steps to make this IP failed over to each primary and secondary servers.

You have to be more specific. What's a "Soyoustart vps", what's a "main server", what's a "Soyoustart server"...
