from the past 10 days or so, its taking more than 10hours or so for hostodo to reply?
not sure if this is reversehost part 2 happening or some other problem
if anybody can give any useful inputs...
the best positive thing is @hassan is still very helpful and cooperative.

both the ticket have more than 10 hours of average response time.
10 hours average response time is not too much for a low end hosting provider. What do you pay for your servers and expect shorter answers to tickets no matter what?
i have services with providers in this sector...
by the way how about more than 2 days for a response...
and for issues pertaining to the server functionality.
but i like the way you wrote, as if $7 cap is for fun and we do not have to put in effort in earning $7 and its free

It's not a review my friend, there's no data. You're just complaining because it's been 10 hours to reply.
If it's just a boring pre-sales coversation then it's not surprising that they take long to reply.
If you had some technical / support problem and they didn't reply, that would be a different story.
So, is it 10 hours or 2 days (48 hours)? There is a difference...
So, what you pay for your services? 7$? And for what?
No, 7$ is money. For some people is the salary for half a month, But in the hosting industry, 7$ is as low as for do a hobby. It is all about the product. 7$ is much for a bubble gum but low for buyng a LCD television.

Hostodo is one of the better, more reliable VPSs I have. Tickets are resolved quickly and I've had no major issues with them or their service. That's my review and you can check the VPS status here (sort Hostodo): http://status.jmd.cc/
Not my experience. The support at Hostodo⇋ is good but I always had trouble with the VMs, both in Los Angeles and Miami. Even if the price is good, I had to drop them.
