I use LocalHost, it has the best bandwidth bundled with it, I get a really decent 2Gbps+ speed when downloading from it, 0.1ms ping.
did I say that with LocalHost, bandwidth is UNMETERED?
If you want to put it on the cloud to let your clients view it etc, just host it on LocalHost and do a port forward on your router, or run ngrok.
