If you're looking for something self-hosted, Piwik is the way to go.
I use ChiliStats for my websites but it looks like the website for the script was removed, I might update it to use SQLite instead of MySQL and fork a copy on GitHub.
You can invite people to an account, it's really easy to share access. You can also set the rules on what they're allowed to do (just view, collaborate/create reports, manage users, or full admin).

The only problem is the user has to have a google account so I don't think it'll be suitable since I'm using this traffic analysis to give to ad networks
