How long has it been down for?
I wouldn't use Crissic for that considering their situation...
I just checked again, I can now manage it (no longer "migrating") but it won't boot. I opened a support ticket. It has been down for around 7 hours now.
Support ticket?
Mind pointing me to what that situation is? Now that you mention it, I have noticed some odd and random performance issues the past few days but I didn't really tied them to the bond...might be worth a second look (if the vps ever comes back...)
The moment Crissic was sold, I backed up my data and canceled the service. I kinda liked how Skylar handled things, that's why I bought from him. He always responded fast to the tickets, solved the issues and explained whatever I asked him about the VPS or the downtime. I didn't feel safe with the new company so I decided to cancel.
@dustinc @quadranet_adam
Will probably come back.
Crissic is no longer in the hands of the original owner. The company got bought just for the IP space and customers at this time are just a liability which needs to be removed mid-term. Sorry, but that's it.
Oh gosh. Time to do some reading. I know these servers are mostly disposable and you need to have a backup but I still feel screwed since I literally just paid for this month. sigh Oh well...
Ah...damn. Such a shame, it's been one of the best KVM providers I've used (both uptime and network performance have been excellent the 10 months I've used the service)

My Crissic boxes are still doing pretty well, and I have not noticed too much difference since the transition. Though the old crew was extremely impressive with the the tickets. I would get things off of them, as who knows what could happen tomorrow.
I do not think they are taking new orders, even for existing customers, but I think you can still renew existing services.
Same here. My VPS went down for 7 hours. I logged into SolusVM to see that it was offline. I booted it. It works now. Do not know what the problem was
Mine went down on the 13th apparently filesystem issues and had to run an extended FSCK check on the node.
Total downtime was 10hrs over two days.
Back up and working fine now, Adam and Andrew were quick to respond.
For now.
Mine was down over 9 hours. (The host was down according to Solus.) They said they were aware of the issue by support ticket, but the VM wasn't restarted after they corrected the problem, nor did they send a follow up email saying I could restart it, nor does their website indicate there were any problems today.
Maybe Crissic is just a name, the name a service that used to be higher quality before it was sold. And I should adjust my expectations accordingly...
Apparently the new owners Quadranet only purchased Crissic for the IPs
The support was supurb prior and actually isn't that bad now to be fair. Andrew reply to my ticket RE downtime around 13-15 minutes after I posted it. The communication was a bit poor as in, not keeping me up to date. Although the issue seemed to be out of their hands.
Crissic is quadranet now, this is quadranet quality. @quadranet_adam @dustinc My vps is still down. can't boot up.
To update, I opened a ticket and they booted pretty quickly after that. No communication as to what the problem was or how they'll prevent re-occurrence.
I'm having the same issue, my VPS has been down since the 19th. Have a ticket open but the guys are just horsing around the issue.
Great way to keep your reputation up Quadranet! @quadranet_adam / @dustinc
We would be more than happy to assist Crissic customers. We have specific staff allocated to the Crissic brand who are actively watching the helpdesk and monitoring servers, however, if anyone has outstanding issues at Crissic that need attention, please PM me with the ticket ID and I'll make sure we address them.
I sincerely appreciate your time and cooperation.
My VPS with Crissic is down agin too. I am with them for a long time and this last week is the first time I am having issues.
I received your PM - thanks! Will take a peek and get back to you.
I like the new NEO control panel
Annddd my server just went down.
Every day i get more and more convinced that it's time to bail:
I noticed ever-decreasing performance happening in LA, so much so that I didn't bother to renew. Now I'm seeing performance issues in Miami (after some downtime today), so it could be a way to get clients to start dropping.
Considering people are saying they purchased Crissic for the IPs this could be a possibility..
One of my boxes in Miami has been very dead for quite several hours, with a ticket unanswered, just as usual after the acquisition.
I started having problems with my Crissic VPS in Florida a few weeks ago (on jax06). I had a ticket open for awhile that was put on hold, and checking just now it looks like they just closed it with no response.
Serious problems for about a week, and then it calmed down for a week, and now it looks like the problems are starting up again. No idea what the problem with the server is or how/if they plan to fix it. They didn't seem willing to share any information about what was causing the server to keep going down.
