VPS close to New York
Hi LET,
I'm looking for a VPS that would be used as personal VPN.
Ram: 256M
Disk: 5GB
Traffic: 100GB
IP: 1 IPv4 or NAT with port fwd
Type: any (Openvz/kvm/xen) as long as tun/tap and iptables are available
Budget: $15/year
The VPS needs to peers with OVH in NYC/NWK (traceroute to 92.222.60.180 would shows hops in nj.us / nj.us) with avg latency lower than 75ms.
(VPS hosted in piscataway for example would be good)
Thanks

I believe any OVH reseller will fit the bill.
Tried ramnode?
Take a look at our offer: http://www.lowendtalk.com/discussion/68885/ssd-256mb-5-yr-1gb-10-yr-8gb-6-mo-windows-kvm-2gb-5-mo-more-prices-inside
Can have a look at what we have to offer in Ashburn, VA - $15.00/yr 512MB/10GB SATA-3/500GB BW
Like masterqqq said, RamNode will probably fit the bill. I've got a smaller VPS with them in NY which I use for personal VPN and it's fast for me. I'm in Western Canada.
HostUS has Washington DC for $10/year

Why not LowEndSpirit New Jersey?
Like others have said RamNode has a New York location, and the smallest openvz plan is $15 a year. Their looking glass is reporting 72.8 average ping to the IP address you gave. @Nick_A
Thanks everyone for the suggestion.
I went with LowEndSpirit and it works fine.
you can always try amazon's free tier if it's your first year.
just don't run public services on the servers and you won't be hit with a christmas surprise bill from uncle amazon.
I believe 15GB bandwidth comes with free tier, including ec2(vps-s).
