MCSA Study Materials

So, I've been studying for my MCSA for the past couple weeks or so (using ITPro.tv) but I'm still not confident that I will pass the test.
I just ordered a few books, but I'm looking for suggestions on other study materials
The books I ordered are:

Thoughts? Suggestions?

Yeah. Launch a windows vm somewhere and try out what you've read and are required in the exams.
Vultr or your own servers for example.
I have a lab setup here (at home) and I've been practicing, but I still just feel like I'm going to do horrible on the test (mainly because I took a practice test last week and horribly failed). I get 2 practice tests per month and I'm trying to hold out on the last one for this month.
Running mainly linux doesn't help a whole lot in this situation.
you have to do practice tests to ensure you understand how the questions will be asked and how they should be answered.
http://www.avanset.com/purchase/vce-exam-simulator.html is a good low cost option. especially get it on your phone or tablet and then you can do a handful of questions whenever you have time.
