Put ISOs in:
/var/lib/vz/template/iso
or you can upload ISOs if you click on the storage and choose upload.
If you installed via the proxmox ISO it would have created one for you and shown up there. If you installed manually via debian then in the guide you followed there should have been a step to create the bridge in the interfaces file.

Since you have no bridge defined, what does it say in /etc/network/interfaces ? As for the ISO, you need to upload the ISO as @Awmusic12635 instructed
