Here's my Singapore VPS list, and you should already know about https://www.exoticvps.com/
Cheapest with 1TB of bandwidth would be LittleHappyCloud, you'll only get a shared IPv4, but on the plus side it's KVM.Oh, but it's at LeaseWeb.alright.
let me check that thankyou
does cheap and high bw exist in asia?
Hosts that have the old 20TB softlayer servers and own IP's (HostUS), yeah!
i think the cheapest i know is LeaseWeb. and i think digitalocean is good for $5/m i got 1000GB
and i hope another provider offer high bandwidth too
Order 4x LES Singapore (250GB each) and rotate between them daily
Well, LES Singapore is on Leaseweb, but the exit ip is geolocated to Singapore
Rather than single server $5/month why not buy *premium vpn yearly plan. You got many location to pick with no bandwidth limit
Any suggestion ? that have singapore location
https://www.astrill.com/servers.php (never use them)
https://airvpn.org/status/ (i can recommends - only has 1 Singapore exit node (leaseweb) ~19ms from biznet ISP)
you can try VyprVPN

https://deals.sourceforge.net/sales/lifetime-of-purevpn
@skizoid @icry he was asking for VPS not VPN maybe indovirtue would help you with 512mb ram and in 1tb port but only at 100mbps port.
Ok cool. im sorry.
No probs, Bro
I've LES on Singapore too, most of time I can't max out my connection
I've VPS directly with Leaseweb, I can max out my connection.
I'm too lazy to do some iperf testing right now
@DianTama try @dediserve their IP geolocated to SG
edit
if I remember correctly they had 512 MB plan for $5/m
How many BW will you 'actually' need? (approx.)
BW in SG is very expensive, indeed, for Int'l (IX).
Although we utilize LSW, but we operate a different network schema (bandwidth management,etc.). They will tarpit you for IX speed as they "highly oversell" the bandwidth, in return ). AFAIK, you can''t go through the very best for IX network. 100 MBps for APAC, 1 GBps for SG local peering, and 10 MBps (1:1) for IX in our blend through LSW network. (the same situation likewise in Indonesia, as the IX bandwidth are very expensive around US$ 35 - US$ 100 per MBps)

AFAIK, NewMediaExpress blend of network, won't allow any TUN/TAP or proxy related (They offered me US$ 60 / TB for bandwidth on 100 MBps, that's why some providers would "close down" the feature). Your best bet would be anyone with HOSTSG (IndoVirtue) or Softlayer.
You know you can pick up a GigE HE/AS6939 for like 7000$ list price in Equinix and GS, right?
i got leaseweb vps too and connection is good $10 for 8gb 8 core 10TB bandwidth damn cheap tho..
i will look into dediserve
10TB with LSW already. Why are you requesting for more? Isn't that enough?
cmiiw, dediserve is with Alanwoo.
@William although HE is way cheaper, but in APAC, HE isn't that popular. I don't know why. Instead, there are PCCW and NTT. (I know some providers in Indonesia that has direct transit to HE, AS6939, but has NTT in its primary. Before I believe he use HE as his primary)
@dediserve currently has a 50% off promotion but I think it is a little bit over your budget. Just contact them to ask if they can do a smaller package as they did in Aug: http://www.lowendtalk.com/discussion/61753/dediserve-com-new-let-offer
We had a customer previously using HE to carry his Indonesia traffic to Singapore then purchase IP transit. I had a word with them and they said that this kind of setup is even cheaper than buying transit locally.
(Sorry for going off-topic here)
DO is rumored unmetered until their bandwidth meter app released, until now still unmetered, I use more than 1TB/month for $5 plan a month.
