You're in the wrong forum.
I don't see why
@cociu Can help you with this , btw Location he offers is Romania & port speed 1gbps .
I can make you an offer. Would you mind providing your monthly budget for your listed configuration?
Kimsufi? You can torrent as much as you want there.
@ClamHost
Might be able to help you
Thanks but I am moving from hostsolutions. Been unhappy with speed/network for the past month.
Out of stock atm
Legal torrents?
@angrysnarl How about Dedibox® SC gen2 ( 5.99€/month) from http://www.online.net/en/dedicated-server/dedicated-server-overview-perso
www.seedboxes.cc
Some might not be legal but definitely no porn, warez, etc.
Why would porn be considered less illegal than a pirated movie?
Pick up every non US and EU located provider will be fine.
+1 for @deployvm
In Germany porn is not considered copyrighted - You can pirate it all you want.
They block almost every music videos on YouTube under GEMA from watching
That is an entirely different case - Music IS copyrighted. Porn has no "Schöpfungshöhe" (as defined by court) and has now de jure NO copyright at all.
Be smart* about it and you can use any provider you want** for torrents
*stick to private sites, limit download/uploads speeds if you can, don't abuse the network 24/7, remove torrents when you can (36 hours, 1.5:1 ratio, depending on tracker, etc.)
**if a provider states no torrents and they monitor processes (I think Crissic do) then I would avoid them
Giving tips on how to virtually steal huh.
I find it interesting how many people pay to steal shit let alone steal in the first place.
I'm having a difficult time seeing why people do this.
Most people use BitTorrent to download Linux ISO, other open source software, leaked documents, public domain audiobooks/other content, etc.

hello @angrysnarl i have your solutions start from 1.99 eur/mo look to my signature, and thanks @rahulks
@perennate Sure... hide under that excuse. Just because it's not something of physical (something you can touch) worth doesn't mean it still holds a value. Just like the op's example, DMCA ignored, gee I wonder what that means...
Not only music.. Streaming legal in many countries
??
You can't steal something if the owner releases it to the public domain. I think you misunderstood my post, you should try actually reading it.
Yes but stealing copyrighted content is obviously not in the public domain. The OP wouldn't be worried about the DMCA if he was only downloading content released into the public domain.
Look at this infographic: http://www.go-gulf.com/wp-content/themes/go-gulf/blog/piracy.jpg
Anyways, all it takes is snort or suricata to sit in the middle of a customer and they can see everything.
I never said piracy is not a problem. I'm simply (albeit a little sarcastically) pointing out legitimate uses of torrenting. You're probably right that OP has no intention of using BitTorrent legally.
If only there was GVH....:-p
Streaming as client is at least (currently) legal in Austria, Germany and Switzerland - Probably more.
In Austria only uploading is illegal and even then rarely prosecuted (as the copyright owners can't get customer data easily from an IP), in Germany though uploaders get HARSH prosecution (1000-5000EUR per album/movie).
It's unclear in the U.S. as well. And at the same time, even if it were clearly illegal, MPAA and similar organizations have no interest in litigating users who stream copyrighted content since it's much harder for them to grab your IP address when you're streaming from a website compared to torrenting (might need court order), meaning that it's not going to be effective in curbing privacy (not that anything else has been either) and they're not going to get much money off of it.
We can ignore mostly DMCA on our Netherlands location if you have legal torrents.

This thread shows he is not in the wrong forum... I advise not going with any providers that openly allow torrenting illegal files.
