Budget Yearly Providers?
Wondering if anyone knows of any yearly/annual providers. I know of Crissic and 123systems, but curious of any others? Looking for a low end setup (64meg ram a few hundred gig in bandwidth) with a dedicated IPv4. XVMLABS would be great if they had stock, so I guess I am looking for an alternative to them. Thanks.

Ramnode is always a good choice.
littlehappycloud.net offers dedicated ip4 now as an add on but nothing as low as 64mb.
What is your budget for a virtual server paid annually?
Something around xvmlabs offer BUT they obviously don't have stock.
Bandwagon offers 64MB RAM, 1.5GB SSD, 100GB BW @ 1Gbit for $4/year (aff link) in different locations.
IPSystems has 256MB RAM, 3GB SSD, 250GB BW, 2xIPV4 for 3.5$/year (aff link) in Dallas.

Mate, you rock! Kind of what I was hoping for. Looks like I know most of those that offer an IPv4 already Thanks though!
You can't get cheaper than: https://ipsystemsltd.com/
BigB, yes, but who knows how long that'll last

Go with them if you want your tickets to get closed without replying.
cfgguy, for the price they charge I don't blame them. However, they are lower than ANY other low budget provider out there, so that does make me question how long they'll be around. Anyway, thanks for the suggestions! Much appreciated and I'll keep checking for xvmlabs
Don't even bother with 123systems.
The network is
horriblegreat, their support only takes a couplehoursweeks to respond and the nodes are conveniently slabbed in the worst manner rendering VPS servers practically unusable at times.xvmlabs is way better than ipsystemsltd.
I have several dozens of instance with xvmlabs since day 1 and I am extremely happy with them.
they don't have support but their service is stable.
I had 2 instance with ipsystemsltd and the experience just sucks. performance is terrible, one of the instance got suspended for "abuse" and yes, your tickets get closed without replying.
ramnode is always the first choice, if you want to do something serious.
I too am looking for a sub $15-20/yr VPS (KVM preffered)... If possible in OVZ under $12/yr.
Location is not that imp. near sea coast would be nice.
Min 512 RAM, 20GB HDD would do, 1IPv4 min, 1 or 2 vCore would do. Any further upgrade would be nice.
@MikeIn any location in mind?
@wych No. Yet any location near coastal area (US) or any part of EU would Do. Not expecting Asia
We have a $9.99/year plan : http://lowendtalk.com/discussion/53976/mrrapidhost-24-7-support-ddos-protection-raid-10-instant-setup-9-99-year-1-49-mo#latest
As for OVZ https://my.hostus.us/cart.php?a=add&pid=141 in US, and Europe (LT) Time4VPS 512MB RAM, 20 SAS SSD-C storage, 500GB WB @ 100mbit (aff link).

Well, despite their awfull presale support and their awfull overall support, my 3 boxes with them have been very stable. They all have good uptime and I use almost 100% of the RAM available and haven't faced any problems so far.
@MrRapidHost Liked URVPS1. Any qtr option as well?
@bersy Thanks for the link. Says to have a In-House Control Panel. Will check later if I can get some info.
I take it you mean east coast?
East coast and West Coast both are OK.
Sure, can make you a 40% on qtr too let me know if you would like to take it.
So basically anywhere on planet Earth
