Given their histories, its the perfect company for the buyout. Bluevm customers don't have to worry about service changing at all
They were already on the colocrossing datacenters. And this ownership was always denied.
In all fairness, there are a lot of LE* hosts in ColoCrossing DC's that have nothing to do with CVPS parent company.
or so you think
Conspiracy!
Maybe service will finally improve.... a bit
You never know until it's too late
Well....what happened with 123Systems following the takeover?
for fucks sake.
It got sold to CC?
My bad.
Yes.
or so you think
(haha sorry Ant)
Still the same bad service. I left them some months ago when I still had a yearly.
Well that explains a lot.
Wasn't that always the case? IIRC @Rallias posted a screenshot of a Skype chat pretty much confirming that CVPS owns BlueVM some time ago
Wow. Completely unpredicted... cough
Yep, no one will ever admit to it but I think we can be pretty sure that BlueVM went down hill from the moment CVPS took over, that is exactly what happened with the last brands CVPS bought.
I think they do it to ruin competition maybe?
All brands selling CC's infrastructure, plain and simple. "Solid" infrastructure, using the brands as examples, helps them to sell to bigger customers during pitches and increase buying power
CVPS slogan " We buy you die"
Why would they do that once they own it anyway? Furthermore my most crappiest experience with them was at their Zurich location and that's from beginning they offered it (ie. whole week of downtime at least twice without any explanation + numerous other issues all the time).
BlueVM was once maybe decent, but that was long long time ago. I am not sure if this can get any worse than it was last few years anyway.
(from personal experience)
Sad thing about BlueVM? Feathur
I dont know why they would but they seem to do that even if unintentionally.
Sold or repossessed?
That was one of the most harsh things I've ever seen here. Well played.
And how good is ChicagoVPS? Any feedback about it?

You know what? I completely didn't expect to see this happening.
Showing error @ Feathur CP as well...
I was a customer 2 or 2.5 years ago and I find the service not good. downtimes and lack of support. I thought they improved through time.
