Cheapest unmanaged dedicated server

Hi, im looking for the cheapest unmanaged dedicated server, with 1Gbps bandwith, ddos protection, unlimited traffic, 32gb ram, 2x2tb hdd and decent cpu. I am going to be using it for selling rdp users for the server using windows server (my own license)

Okay, am i able to use my own windows license there? And can i open ports for game servers/other services on the dedi?

You can also just enter your license key in the sys panel.
