VPS in central EU
Hi, i'm looking for a vps in central Europe (NL, DE, FR ...).
I have no special HW needed, only tun/tap enabled and good stability/uptime.
I would pay using ukash or paysafacard for primary choice, or in latest alternative webmoney.
No illegal use with it.
What you advise?

@william / EDIS probably accepts one of them gateways, I cannot see any others accepting it though.
Most hosts accepting ukash/psc are resellers selling poor quality 'offshore vps' to germans for illegal use. Webmoney allows many more options.
http://nqhost.com/ only site I can think of in english accepting webmoney. many russian hosts have servers in germany/hetzner and accept webmoney too.
No illegal use with it.
I'm always wondering why people want anonymous payment services without meaning to use it illegally? What's the deal at all?
Webmoney is not an anonymous service at all
Yes, the last time i looked what documents are necessary to get a Webmoney account i got a headache and gave up.
Depends on what you do with it, it can be very anonymous.
I don't speak in my name, but many people here in europe as example still don't have "international" credit cards/paypal account and can't make online payments with their maestro/cirrus bank card. For many people, especially younger, it's easier to buy paysafe card in local kiosk than beg around for paypal payment help.
And yes, it's also easier to anonymously abuse service, but that's another story - I just explaining why some people can't pay service with PP and CC - they simply don't have them.
With webmoney you can use vouchers and payment terminals, but I think this is only available in RU and UA. Otherwise to have an account, yes:
Although to not provide documents, you can use an "Alias Passport" (verified only by telephone number) for some time. Or use an exchanger, they will send wire transfers, webmoney, western union, etc. very useful.
actually Lithuania, Ukraine, Slovakia, Belarus, and Poland all claim that the geographical center of Europe is located within their countries
The Webmoney website sees my US IP address and just flashes me a message that registration is not available to US residents
other VPS providers in English:
reg.com, servers in Moscow,
vds6.net, servers in Russia/Ukraine/Germany
Cinfu -Germany at Hetzner (they accept every payment method invented, company is incorporated in the Seychelles)
Thank FinCEN and the American government in general, running an online payment system and dealing with US residents/Americans is not even supported by most any more
I don't have credit/debit cards, and ukash/psc is the easist and fastest way to do online payment for me.
I found cinfu, intenoc24 and cinipac but i'm worry they are poor quality vps.
Now i can add vds6 and edis for the choice.
Anyone has experience with one of them?

Edis is great.
I used Cinfu for 6 months and the node I was on had 2 hard drive crashes during that time.
vds6's Germany location is ipv6 only/freebsd only/no ipv4 and they're sold out (Russia has ipv4 and Linux, Ukraine has ipv4 but is freebsd only)
Edis does not seems to accept ukash o psc.
Not planned either, both have very high commission (PSC 20%, Ukash 15%).
Maybe because they don't want their name known? I think @joepie91 can explain better.
I think this is the reason:

2 years ago I was underaged and I bought every week a 'wallie card' (at that time paysafe was wallie, don't know what happend exactly) to buy stuff in a game. So it doesn't have to be for illegal activitys, I think he is underaged but still want/need a vps.
This is also based on his english skills. (Not that mine are good tough :P)
Possible but not necessary. In some european countries as example maestro/cirrus cards issued by local banks can't be used over the telephone or on the internet. They are used mostly by chip and PIN POS systems. My own bank recently switched from maestro/cirrus card to Visa debit card however in order to get Visa CC several years ago I needed to apply separately with a proof that I am employed with regular income, etc. Many elders still don't have CC as everyone here use "standard" maestro/cirrus bank card. People here spend and live with this what they have on account instead with credits every month.
Some people I know still do this
Here in the very early 2000's was hard to get even a debit card which was not cirrus/maestro/visa electron.
I got a credit card for online payments and also had to give a lot of proof about employment, the limit was also ridiculous, but managed to do the job until shortly after, they asked for deposit collateral (which was fine since I already had my money in that bank until they started to give lower interest to those and charge 35% interest for any transaction since day one while not allowing you to deposit money to have a positive balance). Competition struck them out, soon I was able to get a debit visa and now at my last job even forced me to get one to receive the money, the banks are now chasing me to sell me all kinds of cards. This will happen everywhere I guess AND the alternative means of payment, especially the anonymous ones will flourish given the crackdown on internet users in the west. More and more people will move their hosting in the east where the government doesnt really care for the "terrorism" and "child porn" justification to spy on people and squeeze money from torrenters.
You cant beat the market, if there is a need to hide from the government and keep privacy, it will be fulfilled.
@Spirit credit cards are not popular at all here either, however paypal works just fine with debit cards (Visa Electron). Not with maestro though, it is only for domestic use.
Cannot believe that it is not possible to get a credit card. There are a lot of banks in europe that through away visa credit cards for free.
Fill out some forms, copy your passport and wait a week. Done.
@wlanboy it's not impossible to get a credit card, but some people don't want one. Me for instance. I never spend money i don't have, and i don't plan to start doing it. So i use only debit cards, not credit cards.
Hi people, my mother has maestro card, but i cannot use it on internet.
But, i don't want discuss about payment methods, i'm looking for good ukash/psc vps providers.
The alternative way is to ask to an exchanger, for ukash->webmoney or something other, but i should pay his absurd commissions!
It is possible. Visa Electron debit card which work with online payments the same way as "real" credit card easily and classic Visa credit card with some hassle and a lot of papers (regular income proof, etc..).
It's just slightly different way of life and many people here still didn't adopt western mentality to live in constant debth to cover monthly life expences with credit cards and they spend just this what they have on account. I think that both @rds100 and @Maounique come from eastern parts of europe. And I just slightly more central. Many people here don't even buy things over internet unless there's possible payment on delivery (mostly with local online sellers). But things are changing.
edit.
This. But things are changing...

What country are you? Maybe we can work something out. (If you are in the right country)
If you have a bank account can't you make a wire transfer to paypal and pay that way? (sorry for still talking about payment methods and not giving you a provider for what you asked, dont know any)
I would not speak about my personal economic conditions. Thank you for trying help me, but ukash/psc is my only possibility payment at the moment.
I've had very good experiences with Cinfu... you might just have had bad luck
Additional services you can order with your Germany VPS server:
@ Cinfu
strange.
Here, you get a Creditcard (often 2, Visa+Mastercard) with nearly any bank account after you supplied 3 months proof of income, they are even free along with the entire bank account.
Without employment... impossible id say, but prepaid CCs are popular ( http://kreditkarte.at ), in fact so anonymous and popular that people in Austria buy lots of them to sell them for bitcoin...
This is going to become more and more common as providers start running out of IPv4 space.
