We take service colocation in ntx.ru (2x4 their project).

Service worked like a charm so far (RU Location), except the paypal automatic payment doesn't work so I have to pay manually.

On 7/2/17 you changed IP of my VPS without noticing me before (I had to contact support to get informed about that). Today my server is offline again. Any reason for that?
