You will most likely be better looking for London based VMs, nevertheless here's the LG as42831.net . It's 6ms London > Coventry, if you absolutely need something in the area then C4L bournemouth will be your only choice (even though traffic will be routed through London)..

That's an oddly specific requirement given that unless you are on the same ISP as the VPS traffic would have to go via an IXP anyway, which is likely to be London or Manchester.

There are some smaller ones dotted around but that's the 2 major ones with London taking the most traffic by far.

The OVH is based in France and Canada. Try arubacloud as they do have UK DC in London

The UK is small enough and with most traffic going through London it won't really matter where your VPS is.
