Let's start from Apache / Nginx error log. And URL where is looking glass accessible.

the url is like, say, http://location.domain.com

location points to an A for IP

and the error logs have no entries.

Post your web sever config for location.domain.com as well as the location where looking glass is installed.

Need to make sure you have put the files in the correct location for the webserver your using. The installer will not do this for you.

the location for nginx is /usr/share/nginx/html/

Do not feed trolls tommy... It's clearly that OP does not want to receive real help.

Just going to throw this out there, but have you reloaded/restarted nginx so the new config is loaded?

    sudo nginx -s reload

Uh, always? Otherwise what's the point?

the problem was with the config file of the webserver

    now things are fine...

    thanks all
