Avoid delimiter they're horrible if you enjoy uptime
I recommend you absolutely avoid delimiter if you ever want to have near perfect uptime, fast setup, and friendly support.
I purchased a delimiter server a bit ago (about a month ago), paid for it, less than 1 hour later it was all set ready for me to install the OS. I installed the OS, ran some tests, server is very fast, network is good. It's a nice Windows box for development.

from a 7 year old cpu?
Paid review?
If I was from Delimiter I wouldn't be happy with the thread title.
@GCat Really m8, by the first look is like you bashing delimiter, and a lot of guys will not drop a second look...
@alaningus And you, by the first look, I always confuse order of "l" and "n" in your username... :P
:P*
Yes totally. I was paid in pop tarts.
Fast for what I need it for
You had poor uptime, but the server was fast. So you ignore the poor uptime?
How long was the server down?
I have heard their support is not very good.
meh
The advantage with this title is that the views will be 100x higher than if someone says Delimiter are great
see what happens if you offer servers for $10 or $15!
No, thread will rank higher on Google if someone searches for problems with Delimiter (perhaps if they are told about the uptime problems in WHT), and then they'll be persuaded to buy a box since customers are happy with the service and speed is near perfect.
Confirmed for cannot read.
Point taken, but you have to read nearly all of his post to realise that he is praising Delimiter.
I had to read it several times to try and figure out just wtf he was trying to say
@MrObvious
If the OP is going to troll people with misleading titles and shit...well, I'll just continue the shenanigans.
Perhaps, but this is LET and the internet, people see a title, see the "Avoid delimiter they're horrible" part and stop there.
add a scam word and with the red avatar GCat has it can look legit for 10seconds.
They're indeed horrible if you love poptarts
Then they run out and purchase to get in on the action, so they can participate in the next drama thread.
The reality of LET, bad review threads are better than good ones.
Dammit I glanced at the title and got deceived into reading this thread ._.
True, which is why LET is so bad nowadays, it's beyond saving.
If you do the maths on those types of offers most don't cover their power/cooling costs, even if you assume that the network/human resource is free.
Sustainability is more critical.
Need to remind @mikeyur to put an offer on this thread. Its generating a lot of traffic
I've been click baited. Whatever happened to those LA offers @MarkTurner?
Are you on @mikeyur mailing list? If not add yourself and he'll be dumping a few hundred L5630 units on the market in LA and NY.
@MarkTurner you could also get him to give me a free ram upgrade to 16 GB?
Those units are a fixed config - no addons available unfortunately
i understand and from now on, anything offered less than $20 is specious unless its xmas OKY
Damn, got any deals coming up with 16GB then?
