ILO is the remote control tool for your server. you will just need to insert the IP where you can access from.
+1 to buy from online.net directly even if online.net have setup fees however you will got your server instantly however with oneprovider this will take two days
or maybe using SoYouStart they don't have IPMI however they have a rescue system
