I'm looking for 3 VPSes for my project using docker for developing and testing.
the disk can be HDD, but I do require to reinstall the OS frequently, maybe more than 10 times a day.
yearly payment via Paypal preferred.

What I'm looking for is something like:

15 Gb of Storage
Network Speed: 100M
Bendwidth: 500GB
IP (v4): 1

I end up going with cloudcone, since I already had 3 VPSes with @cociu , 1 VPS with @BharatB , thought it would be okay to give it a try.
