If you expect providers to chase you this hard with their offers, the only thing you're going to get is mediocre one-man shops desperate for at least some customers -- with all the corresponding reliability and quality issues you will face later on.
Instead just learn to think for yourself and explore what is out there, nowadays plenty of quality, large and established cloud providers are available in India and Singapore: Linode, DO, Vultr, OVH, Amazon Lightsail, etc. Just go to their websites and see what they offer, buy some to test out, it's either like only $5 to start, or even some free credit for new users. Each of them may not match every requirement 100%, but surely if you get up from sitting on your ass and expecting everything brought to you, you can make some of it work? Possibly using resources from a few of those at once, for reliability or to mix and match best aspects of each service.
