I need a vps that has at least:
1 CPU
4GB Ram
15Gb Disk
50 ~ 100Mbps
1TB BW
Price max: $ 5.50
OBS: Can not have time limit with CPU in 100% I'm not talking about mining, but the game server that can sometimes use CPU a lot.

we can do the following VPS for that budget:
4 CPU (equal shared)
2GB Ram
15Gb Disk
1Gbps (Shared)
2TB BW
I'm surprised you don't care where it's hosted.
I've heard of contabo.com, the reviews I've seen have had many people complaining about I / O speed, does anyone know you still have this problem?
What about the processor, do they overselling?
This.
wishosting.com
We got no location but yeah.
EDIT2:
Removed unnecessary comma.
Finally.
You are not a true gamer
They have setup fees.
I've researched and found the VPS NL # 1 - POWER from https://kts24.com/vps have anyone ever used and know if the CPU is good? I'm thinking of going with them next month ... I would like to see a benchmark first ...

BuyVM, grab a slice.
Thanks, no where near his price point though.

5$ it's way too low for these specs.

yeah I know, but I also know he wont get something he actually wants long term at that price so when he wakes up and wants something closer to dedicated CPU time he will come to you
It's probably worth clarifying, is your budget monthly or yearly?
I think he is looking something lifetime like.
Monthly
One company that fits my needs is fastvm.io, does anyone have some vps with them or a benchmark?
Contabo I/O is good (okay-ish). You just need to contact support once that they stop throttling it. It's probably throttled by default as a security measure to prevent abuse. For those who actually run a benchmark and notice the slower I/O they unlock full speed. One call and it was all good for me.
