  • 30Eur/yr on 4GB RAM - 4 Shared CPU cores | 30GB SSD | 1TB looks oh-so-tempting.

Did you forget to post the KVM offer-text or is the title incorrect?

  • So where are your KVM offers?

What's the CPUs used at the BG location? What's the acceptable usage of CPU? I'm not running your CPU to the max, but want to know what's acceptable and what gets my container suspended.

Got any smaller containers by any chance anyway?

Judging from the lack of response in his previous offer thread, I doubt they will be answered this time.

  • He will respond if you open a ticket within 1 "business" day. It appears to me, although I could be wrong, that this is a solo operation.

I am sorry, I've intended to post something regarding KVM indeed, as we have some brand new NVMe nodes deployed, however never actually got to it. I will get something posted tomorrow. Apologize for misleading. We're also preparing a brand new KVM line of products, entirely different from our current offerings, which will soon be announced. And a quick coupon - 20% off our KVM High RAM VPS on our site with the coupon 'IForgot' - recurring, of course.

Hello Edmond, in Bulgaria - Depends on which node you get placed. Judging on the current customers spread, it will be on an E5-2450L, which will be due for upgrade in the beginning to next month. We will be retiring all E5-2450L nodes, replacing with faster-clock E5 CPUs and most likely, NVMe storage will be rolled out to all locations. No worries about the said migration, though - we perform online migrations in pre-defined maintenance window with very very short per-vm downtime (Only during second disk sync).
About the CPU - while we do not do hard limits per VPS currently, the general rule of "don't be a dick" applies. As a number, load of 2.0 or lower per VM. CPU's are shared in this offer, so if you need to run something resource-hungry, we probably won't be a good choice for you.
Currently, no smaller plans, than the 1G-12EUR plan.

Well, you are wrong. We are not a 1-man operation. We are staffed 24/7/365, including a developer on site. We own our hardware, assets and run our own network. We've been in business, VAT registered and debt free, since 2013. We're fully staffed in-house and run a real company office in Bulgaria. I am very sorry if you feel that you've been mistreated in any way. I sincerely do not want to engage in any kind of internet fights, so this will be my last response towards these comments. As I said in a ticket - I am sorry that you feel that I've been trying to scam you in a way. Def was not my intention, when offering a higher spec'd server for higher cost - we ran out of stock of the config ordered, as I had the intention you was in a hurry, I offered what we had available for immediate deployment within the hour, I did not think that you will take it personally as an attempt to upsell you. As mentioned - you've been promptly refunded, with no delays of any kind. English is not my native language and could be a language barrier, I don't know. I've also gone through your tickets. I can see that they were all promptly responded and not a single emergency ticket was sent from you. You've also been responded during the weekend. I can't see where you've come with the "1 business day", but okey - as you say. Good luck with your future providers!

I believe it was a misunderstanding and you had no negative intentions.

@AlexBarakov so what's going to replace those slow processors? It's not something too intensive but need something decent to work with.

@Edmond - sorry for late response, I seem to have missed notifications. We're replacing these with E5-2650 - E5-2670 . v1 and v2 CPUs currently. We will be introducing paid addon for higher CPU nodes. Something like an additional 2-3EUR for being placed on an E3 node with high clock speeds. A lot of interesting things are on the road map for this year, including a full core network upgrade in Sofia and KVM series launch in DE and the US.

  • I was about to post your openvz offer as a reply to a Request thread, but couldn't due to a Debian 9.0/stretch OS requirement.

Is Deb9 available in the SolusVM menu, even though it's missing from initial order menu?
