I got one of the storage server and I must say support is really good. I have reported an error with firewall and it was fixed fast. I also requested webdav mount support to Openvz and guess what, added in a few hours.
Also we work to respond in the near future in less 15 min to any tiket , but until there we need to fix our autoprovisioning module .
I use all of them and now I am after the storage box.
